Kellen Lauxen, a renowned Wedding Planner who began her career as a decorator in Italy, is recognized for organizing weddings and creating unique, creative event designs. With nearly two decades of experience, her company serves a diverse clientele, including both Brazilian and international couples who choose Italy as their wedding destination.
In 2018, Kellen made her mark by designing the intimate wedding of actress Sthefany Brito, celebrating the union of Sthefany and Igor. The prestige of her work did not go unnoticed, earning features in renowned magazines such as Vogue and Caras. We will begin the day with an introduction to the world of destination weddings in Italy, exploring key topics for the success of an international wedding planner and designer:
Venue selection, considering the seasons of the year and the unique aspects of Italy.
Rules and responsibilities of vendors, to understand the differences between the Italian and Brazilian markets.
Technical visits to strategic venues, taking the first steps in developing the wedding project, which will be refined throughout the course.
Day 02
Connections with Vendors and Exclusive Technical Visits:

One of the greatest advantages of IWE is the unique opportunity to interact directly with renowned local vendors, specialists who truly master the Italian wedding market. You’ll gain exclusive insights into a wide range of services, from sophisticated floral design to authentic gastronomy, with valuable knowledge that will make all the difference in your work as a wedding planner.
Afternoon:
We will take you to an exclusive destination wedding venue, where practice meets excellence. Guided by our experts, you’ll take part in a detailed technical visit, learning how to strategically assess each space, understand its nuances, and explore its full potential. The day concludes with an immersive hands-on experience, where you will directly apply the knowledge acquired, enriching your portfolio and preparing yourself even more for the international market.

The big day has arrived!
You will be at the heart of a real wedding execution, experiencing the complete process of planning and carrying out every detail of a memorable event. Follow each step of the organization up close, from the décor to the event coordination, under the guidance of experienced mentors.
Total Immersion:
You’ll be fully involved, applying everything you’ve learned in the previous stages to ensure a flawless wedding that will make its mark in the market. Every detail will be documented, not only as a learning experience but also as a powerful highlight in your portfolio, showcasing your competence and dedication to future clients.

You don’t need to be an expert, but it’s important to already have some experience in the events market, even if minimal. From that foundation, we’ll deepen your knowledge and teach techniques to help you grow as a Wedding Planner and become more valued in the wedding industry.
IWE Planner & Decor will take place in a typical Italian villa, surrounded by breathtaking landscapes. Over the 4 days of the event, we’ll travel through different cities and stunning venues, providing an immersive and unforgettable experience. The initial address will be shared a few weeks before the event.
Yes. Accommodation is carefully arranged for the four days of the experience, in exclusive lodgings that provide comfort and a welcoming atmosphere, allowing you to fully focus on learning and the immersive experience.
Yes. We offer special conditions for companions who will not take part in the course’s technical activities but will still be able to enjoy the cultural experience and the charm of Italy alongside the group.
Transfers are included from the train station or airport of the IWE host city on the day of arrival and departure. Throughout the program, all workshop-related activities are planned and organized by the team.
Due to the exclusivity and limited number of spots, we do not offer refunds. In cases of force majeure, participants may transfer their spot to another person or reschedule their participation for a future edition, subject to prior review.
